DANCES WITH OSCAR? Everyone at Cal State Fullerton is invited to watch the Academy Awards next Monday on a big-screen TV at a nearby hotel, but Delta Chi frat brothers have a special interest. . . . Kevin Costner, a 1978 grad and Delta Chi member, is vying for best actor and best director, and his movie, “Dances With Wolves,” is up for best film. The college’s Greek Alumni Council and alumni group are sponsoring the gathering.
