Muhammad Ali is being sued by an Indiana businessman who claims that the former heavyweight champion failed to fulfill the terms of a personal appearance contract. Classic Sports Promotions Inc., owned by William Daniels, is suing Ali over a contract the boxer signed in 1988.
According to the suit, Classic Sports hired Ali to appear at the Cincinnati Classic sports memorabilia show in 1989. Ali was to sign 250 color photographs and 150 posters of himself. However, Ali failed to sign any of the photos and signed only 106 posters, and suit charges.
