El Toro 6, Loara 0--Julie Bargiel and Sherri Kaminski scored two goals each to lead the second-seeded Chargers (22-2-2) at home.
Mater Dei 3, Palos Verdes Peninsula 1--Chrissy Whalen, Katie Ward and Kirsten Keyler each scored goals for Mater Dei (22-2-2), which advanced to a quarterfinal meeting next Friday against Mission Viejo.
Mission Viejo 3, Corona del Mar 1--Nikki Charette scored the tie-breaking goal early in the second half and assisted on Shannon Cunningham’s insurance goal with six minutes left.
In Division 3-A:
Canyon 5, Riverside Poly 1--Kim Campbell scored twice and Krista Broughton, Laura Flatauer and Jenny Looney each added a goal as the host Comanches (17-5-2) advanced.
El Modena 1, Kennedy 0--Freshman Erin Warren scored her second goal of the season seven minutes into the first half for visiting El Modena (7-6-6).
La Habra 4, Burbank Burroughs 0--Amber Duarte scored in the fifth and 35th minutes to pace the Highlanders (15-3-4). Stacy Chung and Stefanie Bakke also scored for La Habra.
Long Beach Poly 1, Troy 0 (OT)--Courtney Ormond’s header five minutes into the second overtime period eliminated the visiting Warriors (10-7-3).
Pacifica 1, Estancia 0 (3-1 penalty kicks)--Valerie Downen, Colleen Morris and Marcella Witte made their penalty kicks, and goalkeeper Marcia Vojtech stopped three as host Pacifica improved to 8-4-7.
Sunny Hills 2, San Gorgonio 0--Senior Stacy Thurber scored eight minutes into the game, and freshman Krista Ellefsen added an insurance goal with 11 minutes to play as the Lancers improved to 17-3-1.
Villa Park 1, Redlands 0--Turi Jacobs scored eight minutes into the first half and Leah Hartwell had four saves for Villa Park (12-7-4) at Redlands.
In Division 1-A:
Orange Lutheran 4, Covina Western Christian 1--Shawnna Johnson scored twice for the Lancers (10-6-3).
