Guidry, who graduated from Jordan in 1985 and lettered in football and track, attended Cerritos College for two years, then transferred to Nevada Las Vegas, where he was a special teams player and backup wide receiver.

He returned to Jordan in spring of 1991, when he became an assistant coach for spring practice. He coached the Jordan freshman team last fall. Jordan Coach Mike Ono said Guidry would have coached the junior varsity and assisted with the varsity football team this season.
