Troy, which led, 19-14, after one quarter, used a full-court press to open a 39-22 lead by halftime.
“We are a bigger team, so most people think we’re slow, but I think our pressure really got to them,” Troy Coach Brad Sand said.
The Sea Kings (2-1) were led by all-tournament selection Mollie Flint, who scored a game-high 18 points to go along with eight steals.
