SUNSET LEAGUE BOYS’ BASKETBALL : Seaton Sparks Late Rally for Servite Victory

Mark Seaton scored 12 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter to lead Servite to a 65-61 victory over Marina in a Sunset League boys’ basketball game Friday at Marina.

Seaton also had eight rebounds and four blocked shots for Servite (6-13, 2-7 in league), which outscored Marina, 24-13, in the fourth quarter.

Vlad Nieto had 31 points, including five three-pointers, and Matt Keim added 15 points and eight assists for Marina (9-12, 2-7).

In other league games:

Edison 64, Santa Ana 49--Micah Kroeger led visiting Edison (14-6, 6-3) with 25 points. Gus Garcia scored 14 points for Santa Ana (7-12, 3-6).

Huntington Beach 66, Westminster 38--Forward Tony Gonzales scored 21 points, and Matt Ambrose added 10 points and seven rebounds for visiting Huntington Beach (19-3, 9-0), which blew open the game by outscoring Westminster, 23-7, in the third quarter. The Lions are 7-13, 1-8.

Ocean View 66, Fountain Valley 57--Guard Jim Harris scored 19 points, including five three-pointers, and added nine assists for Ocean View (12-6, 8-1). Sean Goodgame added 15 points for Ocean View. Fountain Valley is 5-4 in league.
