PREP VOLLEYBALL ROUNDUP : Capistrano Valley Rallies to Beat San Clemente

Aaron Garcia had 25 kills and 13 digs as Capistrano Valley beat San Clemente, 9-15, 15-7, 15-10, 15-4 in a South Coast League match Tuesday night at Capistrano Valley.

Evan Alexander had 15 kills, 13 digs and six blocks, and Eric McKelvie had 58 assists for the Cougars (13-0, 7-0), top-ranked in Southern Section Division I and Orange County.

San Clemente, ranked ninth in the county, dropped to 8-3, 4-3.

Calvary Chapel 3, Ontario Christian 0--Middle blocker Robert Schildts had 13 kills and center Matt Wright had 33 assists for the Eagles, (10-1, 6-1).

Valencia 3, El Modena 0-- Mario Aguirre had 16 kills and seven blocks for Valencia (8-5, 6-1). El Modena is 6-1 in league.
