Kemp, a 6-foot-10, 230-pound forward, was filming a shoe commercial in New York when he had his mishap.

A spokesman for Reebok said Kemp was taken to a hospital for treatment and released after about an hour with no major injuries but a king-sized headache.

Jim Courier ate at the restaurant twice without tipping. But Michael Stich was a big spender, leaving a gratuity of 45 cents.
