Costa Mesa’s Schwartz Wins Fair Derby Final

Bobby Schwartz of Costa mesa won the four-lap scratch Fair Derby Final at the Speedway Motorcycle Fair Derby Friday night at the Orange County Fairgrounds.

Robert Pfetzing of Brea was second, Scott Brant of Riverside third and Chris Manchester of Hesperia fourth.

Brad Oxley of San Juan Capistrano won the eight-lap handicap main. John Aden of Apple Valley was second, Shawn McConnell of Brea third, Charlie Venegas of Costa Mesa fourth, Mike Faria of Apple Valley fifth, Gary Hicks of Riverside sixth and Gary Ackroyd of Newport Beach seventh.
