OUTLOOK

When last seen, the Monarchs were being run out of Anaheim Stadium, 56-3, by Rialto Eisenhower in the Southern Section Division I championship game. They have the talent to erase that blotch. The backfield returns intact. Flynn isn’t pretty all the time, but he wins. Bodnar stepped into the starting lineup three games into the season and finished with 1,111 yards and 10 touchdowns. Trampush is a solid blocker and also gained 697 yards. The line is anchored by Motherway. The secondary returns three players, including Tritz (eight interceptions). But the defensive line has to be replaced.
