Outlook: The Eagles already were going to be formidable, based on their summer season--two league titles and a runner-up. But with the addition of Piesner, who was the MVP of his high school team in Texas, they might be the best in the county. “He’s got great skills,” Bauer said of the left-footed Piesner. “He can pass, shoot--a great package.” Padayachee returns after missing last season with a broken foot, but Saunders will miss much of this season with the same injury. George was a Times’ All-County first-team selection last season.
