University 53, Villa Park 30--Heather Shavely scored all of her 15 points on three-pointers, to lead host University (3-1) to third place. University led, 32-10, at halftime.

El Modena 52, Aliso Niguel 48--Jenny Foyle and Karen Herco each scored 18 points to lead El Modena (3-1) in the fifth-place game. Aliso Niguel’s Deanna Mitchelson scored a game-high 20 points and was named to the all-tournament team.

Corona del Mar 57, El Toro 51--Lindsay Warmington had 30 points and six steals and Jennifer Gardner added 12 for Corona del Mar (2-4) in the seventh-place game.

In the Brea-Olinda tournament:

Esperanza 78, Ocean View 68--Lindsay Foss scored 18 points to lead Esperanza (5-1) in the third-place game. Becky Frasier and Jennifer Tuilosega each scored 26 points for Ocean View (3-2).

Mission Viejo 45, Thousand Oaks 39--Kortney Okura scored 18 points to lead Mission Viejo in the fifth-place game.

In the Claremont Vivian Webb tournament:

Ontario Christian 31, Claremont Vivian Webb 25--Krista Vander Tuig scored 11 points and Kari Sytsma added nine points to lead Ontario Christian (6-0) to the championship.

In the Cypress tournament:

Cypress 38, Los Amigos 25--Cynthia Ishihara scored 14 points and Vivian Cheung added five points and 15 rebounds to lead Cypress (4-0) in the first round.

Lakewood 46, Kennedy 44--Nicole Gallaher scored 11 points and Erryn Gutjahr added 10 for Kennedy (3-3) in the first round.

Newport Harbor 69, Katella 33--Jenny Jennings scored 15 points and Melissa Schutz added 13 points and 15 rebounds to lead Newport Harbor (4-0) in the first round. The Sailors will face La Crescenta Crescenta Valley in the second round Tuesday.

In the Rancho Bernardo Tournament:

Mater Dei 54, Edison 50--Michelle Meyers scored 21 points to lead Mater Dei (4-0) in the tournament championship game. Edison’s Marie Philman led all scorers with 31 points.

In the San Marcos Tournament:

Tustin 54, Wilmington Banning 46--Katie Scheuerman led Tustin (4-3) with 22 points and 12 rebounds in the consolation bracket.

In nonleague play:

Holy Martyrs 52, St. Margaret’s 48--Stefanie Canright scored 14 points and Jean Freeman added 12 points for St. Margaret’s (2-2).
