Henderson had an especially frustrating game Dec. 12 against Santa Ana. Every time she moved inside, two or three Saint defenders swarmed, holding her to four points in a 66-46 victory. “She was just ready to give up,” Trabuco Hills Coach Howard Stephens said. “But I’m glad she stuck it out.” In the final three games of the Bolsa Grande tournament, Henderson averaged 17 points and 13 rebounds. She had 22 points and 13 rebounds in a 67-64 victory over Montebello Cantwell Sacred Heart in the title game. Henderson, a three-year starter, is also averaging 3.6 steals.

* Marina, senior. Had 13 points, eight rebounds and four steals in a 61-37 victory over Estancia in the title game of the Estancia tournament. Also had 30 points and 19 rebounds in a victory over Diamond Bar.

* Cypress, sophomore. Scored two goals in a 3-2 victory over Fountain Valley in the title game of the Magnolia tournament.
