Frank Allen, formerly a point guard at Saddleback College, has accepted a scholarship from the University of Central Oklahoma, Saddleback announced in a news release.

Allen averaged 11 points, seven assists and five rebounds last season for Saddleback (27-6).

Joe Juliano, the quarterback who led Orange Lutheran to the Southern Section Division X title game last season, heads a contingent of county players to the second Christian Schools All-Star football game.

The game, which features senior players from the Southern Section in a North vs. South format, will be played at 6 p.m. Saturday at Clark Field, at the corner of Clark Avenue and Del Amo Boulevard in Long Beach. Tickets are $5.
