In the Valencia girls’ volleyball tournament:
Ocean View 2, Rosary 1--Ocean View edged Rosary, 16-14, 12-15, 15-13, to win the tournament championship. The Seahawks’ Katie Lindquist was selected to the all-tournament team.
In the Bell Gardens water polo tournament:
Rowland Heights Rowland 13, Katella 6; Bell Gardens 12, Katella 4--Katella was third with a 3-2 record in the tournament.
