In other Mission Conference games:

Rancho Santiago 30, Riverside 6--Rancho Santiago kicker Casey Wilson tied two school records.

Casey made three field goals, giving him nine this season, which ties the single-season record set by four others. He also kicked three extra points to raise his career total to 59, tying the mark set by Tim Snitko in 1986-87.

Mark Fausto completed 16 of 24 passes for 185 yards and one touchdown for the Dons (2-2, 1-0).

Saddleback 44, Southwestern 7--Saddleback strong safety Scott Patton intercepted two passes and ran them back for touchdowns against host Southwestern.

Patton had returns of 31 and 35 yards as the Gauchos (2-2, 1-0) jumped out to a 37-7 halftime lead.

Fullerton 14, Cerritos 14--Fullerton's Mike Jacot scored on a two-yard run with 13:05 left in the fourth to tie the score. The Hornets are 0-3-1.

Fullerton quarterback Eric Hannah was knocked out of the game in the third quarter. At the time, Hannah had completed 11 of 17 passes for 82 yards. Backups Paul Waldrop and Brandon Brennan were ineffective, completing four of 14 passes, with one interception.

Fullerton had a final chance to score, starting on the Cerritos 40-yard line with 45 seconds to play. But Brennan was sacked for a 20-yard loss and was only able to complete a short pass at the end of the game.
