Tyler Hoffman scored 41 points to lead Chadwick over Dana Hills for seventh place in the Irvine World News tournament. . . . Crossroads’ Baron Davis, a junior point guard, made a 15-footer with two seconds to play in overtime for a 72-70 victory over Artesia in Las Vegas. Davis finished with 11 points and nine rebounds and was one of four Roadrunners to score in double figures. . . . Kenyon Smith scored 22 points and Jamal Ozase 11 as Santa Monica beat St. Monica’s, 69-43, in the Chaminade tournament. . . . Freshman midfielder Jeff Tomlinson scored seven goals in Crossroads’ 13-0 victory over Bell-Jeff in the first game of the L.A. Baptist soccer tournament. The Roadrunners went on to win the title with a 2-0 victory over Campbell Hall. . . . Julie Greenspun and Gina Villavacencio scored 12 points each to lead Santa Monica to a 57-27 victory over South Torrance.
