Notes: Rolling Hills Prep (18-3), champion of the Express League and last year’s runner-up, is not among the top-seeded teams. . . . Zielinski leads Heritage Christian (16-8), averaging 20 points and 11 rebounds. Jim Findlater averages 14.6 points and 8.3 rebounds. . . . If Huntington Beach Claremont (12-6) and Orangewood Academy (12-9) win their first-round games Friday, they will meet in the second round Feb. 20. . . .
