Dorsey 47, Chatsworth 45--Dorsey, which didn’t qualify for the City Section playoffs last season, completed its turnaround by winning the Division 3-A title at Cal State L.A.
The Dons (20-8) overcame a 27-20 halftime deficit by using a full-court press that created 16 second-half turnovers and limited the Chancellors (20-7) to seven of 24 from the field.
Jancie Thomas had 17 points and 20 rebounds for Dorsey.
