After losing eight sets during the season, Dent went undefeated in dual playoff matches and became the first freshman in nine years to win the Southern Section individual singles title.

Foothill, So.

Was 45-0 in dual matches, won Century League singles title and advanced to section individual quarterfinals before losing to Santa Barbara’s Adam Webster in three sets.

One of the county’s hardest working coaches, Cyrus spends long hours with his players during the summer. He led El Dorado to a 17-5 record and a tie for the Empire League title with Loara.

Tsu was 48-15 in singles, Shedd was 32-16. As a team, they won the Sea View League doubles title and lost to the eventual champions in the individuals round of 16.
