Bell-Jeff 56, Bosco Tech 34--The Guards (1-7, 1-4) set a school single-game scoring record and notched their first victory of the season in a Santa Fe League game at Burroughs High.
Three Bell-Jeff players rushed for more than 100 yards. David Montes had 112 yards and three touchdowns in 16 carries.
Jesse Kirk added 111 yards and two touchdowns in six carries. Kirk also scored on a 48-yard interception return in the fourth quarter.
Dominic Domingo rushed for 123 yards in seven carries, including a 45-yard touchdown run in the first quarter.
