Ellis Lifts Los Alamitos to Title in Hawaii

Tournament MVP Ryan Ellis scored 17 points to help Los Alamitos defeat previously unbeaten Orangevale Casa Roble, 67-30, in the championship game of the Maui Invitational boys’ basketball tournament late Saturday. Enrique Phillips and Joel Haas also earned all-tournament honors for the Griffins (4-4).
