In another Division I-AA game:

Eisenhower 90, Oxnard 76--The Yellowjackets (17-9), the second-place representative from the Channel League, gave the Citrus Belt co-champion Eagles (25-4) all they could handle for three quarters before succumbing in the final eight minutes at Oxnard.

Damian Tafoya scored 26 points and Jeff Foushey 25 for Oxnard, which led by one point at halftime and was tied, 61-61, with Eisenhower heading into the fourth quarter.

I-A

Valencia 56, Santa Barbara 51--Jerrohn Jordan and Royce Minor each scored 12 points, and the Vikings (22-6) rallied from a four-point deficit in the fourth quarter in a second-round game at Santa Barbara.

Minor sank a three-point basket to put Valencia ahead for good, 48-46, and the Vikings closed out the game with a 17-8 run.

II-A

Burroughs 63, Paso Robles 59--Jeremy Cartee scored 20 points and Kevin Krose added 16 and the Indians upset the fourth-seeded Bearcats in a second-round game at Burroughs.

Preston Tucker added 14 points and 16 rebounds for Burroughs, the third-place finisher in the Foothill League. Burroughs (19-9) will play Dos Pueblos in a quarterfinal Friday.

Pacifica 69, Moorpark 67--Adam Rachlin (12 points) scored with seven seconds left to cap the victory for Pacifica (20-4). Moorpark’s Keith Donohue missed two free throws with one second left as the Musketeers finished the season 22-7. Jason Simpson scored 15 points for visiting Pacifica and Kevin Lawrence scored 32 for Moorpark.

III-AA

La Canada 69, Lompoc 66--Bryan Stevens had a triple-double that included the game-clinching basket and Matt Morre scored 40 points before fouling out with 2 1/2 minutes remaining for La Canada (24-5) in a quarterfinal game at Lompoc (19-7).

Stevens had 10 points, 10 assists and 14 rebounds for the Spartans. He grabbed the rebound of a missed free throw with 11 seconds remaining and went the length of the court to provide the final margin.

V-AA

Montclair Prep 77, Apple Valley Christian 55--Rocky Steryo scored 24 points in the second quarter and the top-seeded Mounties won their 19th consecutive game in a second-round game at Apple Valley Christian.

Steryo had six three-point baskets in the quarter, giving him 119 for the season, and finished with 29 points for Montclair Prep (25-3).

Santa Clara 81, Valley Torah 42--B.J. Ward had 16 points, eight rebounds and five assists for visiting Santa Clara (12-12) in a second-round game played at the Westside Jewish Community Center.

Rio Hondo Prep 67, Santa Clarita Christian 49--Brothers Justin and Andrew Duncan each scored 16 points for Santa Clarita Christian, but the Cardinals (17-5) lost the quarterfinal game at Rio Hondo Prep (13-9).
