Cal Lutheran 19, Whittier 6--Clint Britt hit his 10th home run and had drove in four runs for the Kingsmen, who clinched a seventh Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title in eight seasons. Eric Medina had three hits for Cal Lutheran (25-8, 16-3).

The Master’s 4, Concordia 3--Josh Higgins allowed five hits and struck out six in eight innings and the Mustangs won a nonconference game at the Master’s.

Mike Ploharz had two hits, including a two-run double, for The Master’s (33-9).
