Ashley Maddocks of Laguna Beach won her third-round match in the girls’ 16s and Tracy Lin of Anaheim won her third-round match in the girls’ 14s. In the boys’ 16s, Stephen Rozek of Chardon, Ohio, upset second-seeded Henry Mak of Irvine, 6-3, 7-6, in the third round. Aaron Yovan and Matthew Loucks of Irvine each won their sets in the same division.
