Warren 56, Oxnard 53--Nicholas Curtis had eight of his 22 points in the fourth quarter as Oxnard (22-5) rallied from a seven-point deficit, but the Yellowjackets lost a second-round game at Oxnard.
Curtis also had 16 rebounds. Ricky Hernandez added 12 points and Matthew Merricks had 10 points and seven rebounds.
Ayala 86, Highland 59--Oliver Haworth had 10 of his 20 points in the fourth quarter and Mike Kennedy added 15 points for Highland, but the Bulldogs (14-13) lost a second-round game at Ayala.
DIVISION I-A
Thousand Oaks 72, Loara 71--Tim Chevalier’s three-point shot with 17 seconds left lifted the Lancers to a Division I-A victory at Thousand Oaks.
Chevalier finished with 21 points, including five three-pointers. Thousand Oaks (18-9) rallied from a 70-65 deficit with 2:13 left.
