SEASON AT A GLANCE: Kegley, a 6-foot-4 guard, missed the first four weeks of the season because of a back injury, but he was averaging 20 points and 5.3 rebounds entering a Marmonte League game against Agoura on Monday night.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Kegley scored 26 points in a 73-71 loss to defending Marmonte champion Simi Valley, and he had 32 points and 11 rebounds in a 78-58 victory over Moorpark. “We’ve been very pleased with the way he’s played since he’s come back,” Coach Richard Endres said. “He’s still working his way back into playing shape.”

YEAR: Junior

SPORT: Basketball

SEASON AT A GLANCE: For two seasons, Lacy has been considered one of the best players in one of the region’s toughest leagues. This season, the 6-foot-1 forward is averaging 18.3 points--second-best in the Marmonte League--14.6 rebounds and 2.2 blocked shots to lead the Chargers to a 10-7 record.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Lacy had 21 points and 17 rebounds to lead Agoura to a 54-45 upset over Royal, and she had 16 points and 13 rebounds in a 49-47 loss to Newbury Park, ranked No. 5 in the region by The Times.
