Montclair Prep 42, Vasquez 0--Marques Franco scored a defensive touchdown in the first 10 seconds, recovering a high snap in the end zone that sailed over the Vasquez quarterback, for the Mounties (7-0) at Valley College.

Gary Sonkur rushed for 161 yards and three touchdowns in seven carries. His scoring runs were 39, 16 and 12 yards.

The Mountie defense, with Delroy Parke recovering two fumbles, held Vasquez (2-4-1) to minus-one yard in total offense.
