Canyon 28, Jurupa Valley 7--Mark Barr and Ryan Sullivan each rushed for two touchdowns to lead the Cowboys at Jurupa Valley.
Barr finished with 110 yards in 13 carries and gave Canyon a 14-0 halftime lead with scoring runs of 63 and one yard. Sullivan had 69 yards in six carries and had fourth-quarter touchdown runs of 35 and 20 yards.
Colin MacNeil and Mike Quisenberry each recovered a fumble for Canyon, which limited Jurupa Valley to 250 total yards.

Lancaster 10, Chaminade 6--Cornerback Mickey Williams returned an interception 55 yards for a touchdown early in the third quarter to lift Lancaster at Chaminade.
Lancaster forced four turnovers and held Chaminade to 75 total yards, giving Coach Troy Jackson a victory in his debut.
Chaminade forced three first-half turnovers but only scored on a 38-yard field goal by Brian Borreson, who added a 40-yard field goal late in the third quarter to make the score 10-6.
Tony Ortiz rushed for 79 yards in 19 carries for Lancaster.
