La Canada 48, Burbank 22--The Spartans rallied for 28 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to erase a two-point Burbank lead at Burroughs.
Tony Naples scored on a 24-yard run early in the fourth quarter to put La Canada ahead to stay. He added a 14-yard touchdown later in the quarter.
Chase McKibben rushed for 133 yards in 10 carries and scored on runs of 21 and 43 yards for La Canada. Ryan Young added 75 yards in four carries and scored on runs of 25 and 38 yards.
Paul Escobar completed eight of 18 passes for 266 yards and two touchdowns, and also scored on a one-yard run for Burbank, which led, 22-20, after three quarters. He was intercepted three times and sacked five times for minus-26 yards.
Roger Starky had four catches for 159 yards and one touchdown for the Bulldogs.
