SEASON AT A GLANCE: Reed, one of five starters from last year’s Southern Section Division IV championship team, has provided leadership. He easily transitioned from defensive end to middle linebacker and has helped Westlake allow 100.3 yards rushing per game.

WEEK AT A GLANCE: Reed had seven sacks in the Warriors’ 23-13 victory over Hart. He had been moved from inside linebacker to defensive tackle earlier in the week, giving the Warriors an explosive rush. Westlake finished with 11 sacks.
