134 Freeway Work to Close Lanes
For much of the next year, two stretches of the eastbound 134 Freeway will be closed overnight for concrete removal and replacement, officials said Saturday.
Three of the four lanes will be closed between the 101 Freeway and the Golden State Freeway, and between the Glendale Freeway and the Foothill Freeway, said Susana Deloza of Caltrans.
The weekend work will take place from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
On weekdays, the lanes will be closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
The $6-million repaving project, scheduled for completion in early 2002, is being handled by West Coast Bridge Inc.
