Orange County Football Games Will Be on Cable

Cox Cable will provide same-day coverage of 10 high school football games over the next 10 weeks for its subscribers in South Orange County.
Vince Ferragamo will join the broadcast team of Paul Higgins and Bill Cunerty. The first of eight showings each week is at 11 p.m. Friday. The games scheduled to be covered are: Mission Viejo Capistrano Valley at Aliso Viejo Aliso Niguel, Friday; Santa Ana Mater Dei at Mission Viejo, Sept. 14; Newport Beach Newport Harbor vs. Newport Beach Corona del Mar at Orange Coast College, Sept. 21; Aliso Niguel at Mission Viejo Trabuco Hills, Sept. 28; Tustin vs. Santa Margarita at Saddleback College, Oct. 5; viewers’ choice game to be determined, Oct. 12; Laguna Hills vs. Woodbridge at Irvine, Oct. 19; Irvine University vs. Irvine Northwood at Irvine, Oct. 26; Santa Margarita vs. Mater Dei at Santa Ana Bowl, Nov. 2; San Clemente at Trabuco Hills, Nov. 9.
After the regular season, Cox Cable plans to cover playoff games through the championships on Dec. 7.
