Chad Spears, a wide receiver and defensive back for Westlake Village Westlake High, will miss the rest of the season after injuring a knee Friday while returning a kickoff in the second half a 43-19 victory against Ventura Buena. Spears was one of the top players on a Westlake team that outscored its opponents, 92-19, in the first two games.
