Stabbing Victim in Serious Condition
A 23-year-old man who was stabbed several times at an Oxnard apartment complex was in serious condition Tuesday at Ventura County Medical Center.
The name of the victim, a Ventura resident, was not released. He drove himself to the medical center, police said.
Investigators had few details on the circumstances of the stabbing, which occurred just after 6 p.m. Monday in the 2400 block of Alvarado Street, said Det. Terry Burr of the Oxnard Police Department.
Burr said there was no evidence that the stabbing was gang-related. Investigators were searching for three males in their mid-20s.
Anyone with information is asked to call Burr at 486-6506.
