Woman Killed Running Red Light, Police Say

A Huntington Beach woman was killed late Wednesday when she ran a red light at a busy intersection and plowed into another car, police said.
Nancy Firestone, 46, died in the 7:50 p.m. accident at Beach Boulevard and Warner Avenue.
Police said the light had been red for one minute by the time Firestone ran it. The other driver was hospitalized with minor injuries.
