Walk to Benefit Pet Adoption Project
The Humane League’s fifth annual Walk for Animals will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at San Buenaventura State Beach on Harbor Boulevard in Ventura.
The walk benefits the Project Second Chance adoption program and is intended to increase public awareness of the county’s homeless, abandoned and abused animals.
Registration costs $25 and begins at 9 a.m. Park entry fee is $2 per car.
