* Playa del Rey St. Bernard’s Winsor Williams scored all 15 of his points in the fourth quarter of the Vikings’ 73-64 victory over Rosamond in a Division IV-AA first-round game.

* Valencia rallied from a 19-point, first-half deficit to defeat Rolling Hills Estates Peninsula, 68-62, in a Division I-AA first-round game. Scott Domingo scored 17 of his 19 points in the second half for the Vikings.

* Los Angeles Westview and Calabasas Viewpoint recorded their first playoff victories in school history. Westview defeated Long Beach Zinsmeyer Academy, 65-52, in a Division V-A first-round game, and Viewpoint knocked off Chino Hills Boys’ Republic, 65-50, in a Division IV-A first-round game.

PRIME-TIME PERFORMERS

* Johnny Wilson scored 38 points and had 14 rebounds for Calabasas during the Coyotes’ 84-72 victory over Temple City in a Division III-AA first-round game.

* Lorenzo Mata scored 39 points and grabbed 25 rebounds to lead South Gate over Canoga Park, 83-77, in a City Championship first-round game.

* Paul Porter scored 29 points, including four free throws in overtime, as La Puente Bishop Amat edged Pasadena Marshall, 62-60, in a Division III-A first-round game.

FANTASTIC FINISHES

* Dillon Perry’s 35-footer at the buzzer gave Lake Elsinore Temescal Canyon a 90-88 double-overtime victory over Corona in a Division I-A wild-card game.

* Sean Miller made a four-point play with 5.3 seconds left as Ventura St. Bonaventure edged Santa Monica St. Monica, 51-50, in a Division IV-AA first-round game. Miller made a three-pointer and free throw after being fouled on the play.

* Ramses Barden made a 15-footer as time expired in overtime to lift Flintridge Prep to a 55-53 victory over Santa Clara in a Division IV-A second-round game.

LOOKING AHEAD

* Fourth-seeded Whittier plays at Compton Dominguez on Tuesday in a can’t-miss Division II-A second-round game. Can Dominguez’s Travon Free, Jason Murdock & Co. overcome the otherworldly efforts of Whittier’s Michael Hernandez?

* Fifth-seeded Woodland Hills Taft has an excellent chance to hand fourth-seeded Crenshaw a rare home loss Wednesday when the Toreadors travel for a City Championship quarterfinal game. Taft’s Steve Smith and Jordan Farmar are capable of carrying a team on any given night.
