Horse With One Leg Not That Impressive
How pathetic that Bobby Frankel thinks any of us have bought his jive talk. He says the Belmont proved something. I agree that it did. It proved a horse that lost the first leg of the Triple Crown, chickened out of the second, and was more rested than any contender in history for the third, can win one leg. Did it prove Empire Maker a superior horse to Funny Cide? Dream on.
