Man Arrested After Hit-and-Run Accident

A man was arrested Saturday for the hit-and-run death of Phuong Thi Kim Tran, 24, of Anaheim, authorities said.
The woman was killed early Saturday in a two-car accident at Brookhurst Street and Lincoln Avenue. Police said they arrested the suspect a short time later on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter, driving under the influence, and leaving the scene of an accident.
