Supervisors Schedule Evening Meetings
From Times Wire Reports
Fresno County supervisors have decided to schedule some of their meetings for the evening in hopes of generating more public participation.
Board members said meeting during the day has made it hard for residents with regular work schedules to attend.
“It’s really just an attempt to provide greater access to the public,” board Chairman Juan Arambula said. “If it serves a useful purpose, we will continue it.”
