Bloomington Scores Record 108
Bloomington set a San Bernardino County record for points scored in a varsity football game Friday night in a 108-20 victory over Mira Loma Jurupa Valley in a Sunkist League game.
Cal-Hi Sports magazine’s state record book lists the 108 as the most points scored in a game since 1929, when Coronado defeated National City Sweetwater, 108-0.
The state record belongs to Santa Rosa, which defeated St. Helena, 148-0, in 1924. Inglewood has the second-highest total in a 136-0 victory over San Fernando in 1914.
