Desiree Stone, Michelle Yaung, Denise Ye and Eunice Yoo of North Hollywood (4-2, 2-0), swept their singles matches without losing a game at Sun Valley Poly (1-3, 0-1).

Senior Pauline Lampert won, 8-6, at No. 2 singles and Kiri Inouye won, 8-0, at No. 3 singles for Venice (6-0, 3-0) over visiting Fairfax (2-1 in league play).

Westchester 6, L.A. Hamilton 1
No. 1 player Simone Green and No. 2 player Princess Manasseh each won their matches by 8-2 scores for Westchester (3-3, 1-2) at L.A. Hamilton (0-5, 0-3).

WEST VALLEY LEAGUE

Cleveland 6, Birmingham 1
No. 3 singles player Kenya Harris defeated Diana Ibanez, 8-0, and No. 4 player Jamie Lee beat Domyta Davigoy by the same score for host Cleveland (2-3, 1-2).

No. 1 singles player Sarah de la Cruz won, 8-1, to lead visiting Monroe (3-3, 2-1) at El Cariso Park. San Fernando is 1-5, 0-3.

Melvie Kim and Tiffany Prachachalerm defeated Mary Phan and Mariya Stepanenko, 8-0, to lead visiting Van Nuys (5-1, 4-0). Reseda drops to 5-1, 2-1.

Bell improves to 5-0 overall and 2-0 in league.

Desiree Stone, who has seven wins without a loss this season, won her No. 1 singles match, 8-0, and Michelle Yeung and Eunice Yoo also won, 8-0, to lead host North Hollywood (4-2, 1-0). Verdugo Hills drops to 0-1 in league.

The No. 1 doubles team of Krista Slocum and Brittany O’Neil won, 8-0, to lead Palisades (3-2, 2-0) over L.A. Hamilton (1-4, 0-2).

Venice 4, Westchester 3
Kristi Hamilton clinched the victory with a win at No. 4 singles over Brandee Brown, 8-2.

The No.3 doubes team of Lindsey Cohen and Leslie Quintanilla won their match, 8-6, for visiting Venice (5-0, 2-0), which lost the first three matches before rallying to win the final four. Westchester is 3-2, 0-2.

WEST VALLEY LEAGUE

Taft 7, Birmingham 0
Anastasia Alen and Molly Zanit edged Milon Jabbari and Tamara Lerman, 8-7 (7-4), at No. 2 doubles as Taft (4-1, 2-0) defeated Birmingham (1-3, 0-2) in a match at Birmingham.

Livette Rubio won her match at No. 1 singles, 8-3, No. 2 singles Jessica Aleman won her match closely, 8-8 (8-6), and No. 1 doubles Brenda Campos and Yesenio Gutierrez won their match, 8-2, to lead visiting Jefferson (1-3, 1-1). Manual Arts drops to 1-3, 1-1.

No. 1 doubles Rena Dong and Josie Bojorquez won their match, 8-5, gaining the go-ahead point for visiting Franklin (3-1, 1-0). L.A. Wilson is 3-2, 0-2.

Marshall’s No. 1 doubles team of Dandi Dandan and Tammy Lu won, 8-7 (8-6), and their No. 2 doubles team of Giselle Colindres and Jennifer Chung won, 8-6, to lead the Barristers (3-2, 2-0) to victory over the Eagles (3-2, 1-1) at Griffith Park.

Lead doubles team Crystal Macaraeg and Shannon Oliphant won 8-0 to improve host Monroe’s record to 2-3, 1-1.

Van Nuys 5, Sylmar 2
Van Nuys (5-1, 2-1) won three of the four singles matches and claimed two of three in doubles to prevail in a tight match at Sylmar. Sylmar (2-2, 0-2) got its victories from Kim Aballat, who defeated Emily Seeboonruang, 8-5, at No. 1 singles, and Barbara Hernandez and Elizabeth Zamora, who won 8-5 at No. 1 doubles.
