Baseball: Area Code Games begin on Monday in Long Beach

One of the final and most prestigious events of the summer begins on Monday, the Area Code Games at Blair Field in Long Beach.
Top players from around the country selected by professional scouts will compete.
The Milwaukee Brewers team is made up of top players from Southern California. Here’s the link to the roster. Jack Flaherty, last season’s Division 1 player of the year from Harvard-Westlake, is playing for the Brewers.
Games will take place through Saturday. College and professional scouts come out en masse.
