Baseball: Brice Turang gets four hits in USA 15U team win over Venezuela

There’s no doubt who has been the most valuable player for the USA 15U team at the World Cup in Mexico.
Brice Turang, an infielder who will be a freshman at Corona Santiago in the fall, entered Thursday’s game against Venezuela batting .545 in six games. Then he went four for four in a 6-2 victory. He’s batting .615.
USA is 7-0 and continues on a path toward the gold medal game on Sunday as the only unbeaten team in the tournament. USA plays Chinese Taipei on Friday.
