Baseball: Royal’s Jaden Fein is headed home with gold medal
Sophomore Jaden Fein of Simi Valley Royal had a triple and RBI to help the USA 15U national baseball team defeat Colombia, 9-5, in the championship game of the COPABE “AA” Pan Am championships gold medal game in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Also coming home with gold is Branden Boissiere from Riverside Woodcrest Christian and Tony Jacob from Santa Ana Mater Dei.
Boissiere threw six innings, allowing three hits and two runs.
