For 35 years, Jeff Kraemer has been a loyal, dedicated assistant football coach to Kevin Rooney at Sherman Oaks Notre Dame. Now he has decided to call it quits.
“Coaching football at Notre Dame for 35 years has been one of the highlights of my life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything,” said Kraemer, who has been coaching the offensive line.
Kraemer’s son, Grant, was Notre Dame’s quarterback in 2013. He has another son at the school playing baseball.
He intends to continue to attend games and occasionally drop by practice.
