Update: Dwight Howard was ejected in the second quarter after picking up two technical fouls in the Lakers’ 108-103 loss to the Raptors in January. The Raptors had lost five consecutive games until a 98-71 victory Wednesday over Phoenix. Toronto is 8-8 since acquiring Rudy Gay in a six-player trade with Memphis.
