Spectators will be allowed back into city high school basketball games in Rochester, N.Y., starting Monday, but they won’t have a chance to watch state champion Charlotte High School at its best. Six Charlotte players were suspended for their alleged involvement in a crime spree that included possession of a stolen car, purse-snatching, use of stolen credit cards and an assault on a store security guard. Spectators were barred from games after a melee involving as many as 500 people.
