Unbeaten Mater Dei Is Still No. 1 in Prep Poll
Undefeated Mater Dei High School remained atop the Orange County Sportswriters’ Assn. prep baseball poll for the second week in a row as the Monarchs won two games this week, including an 11-0 rout of Pius X in Angelus League play.
La Quinta, which has been beaten only by Fountain Valley, moved into second place.
